By accessing or using StaffUp's website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
Our services
StaffUp recruits foreign employees from abroad and places them with employers in Albania, and provides related services such as work permit support and international recruitment marketing.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use our services.
Accounts & profiles
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your candidate profile, travel documents, or job listings, and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our services — including posting false information, discriminating unlawfully in hiring, or attempting to interfere with the normal operation of our website.
Fees
Employers are billed according to the terms agreed in their service agreement with StaffUp. Job seekers may always use our core matching services free of charge.
Intellectual property
All content on our website, including our logo, design, and copy, belongs to StaffUp or our licensors and may not be used without permission.
Disclaimers
We work hard to vet every candidate and employer and to file permits correctly, but we don't guarantee any specific hiring, immigration, or employment outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StaffUp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services for anyone who violates these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
